Who’s British?
Not me – I’m American.
However my maternal grandpa was born in Liverpool, emigrated as a boy with his parents. On my paternal side the first ‘Dunbar’ in our line was an indentured servant in Mass Colony in the 1680s. How he came to be here and why he found the frontier preferable to 17th century Scotland we have no idea.
